At KODAK Charmera, we want you to be fully satisfied with your photography gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack the product in its original KODAK packaging, ensuring all lenses, cables, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
